May 2023 - September 2023 [4 Months] | San Francisco Bay Area, California
Collaborated cross-functionally between teams to assess feature requests, align strategic priorities, develop customer-facing presentations, and to formulate actionable product requirements through tools such as Asana and GitHub.
Utilized Grafana and Python to create and deploy 5+ internal dashboards with custom modules written in JS and AppScript, enabling effective visualization and analysis of complex data metrics to make informed product decisions.
Developed a company-wide dashboard that interfaced with internal Cloud API, using a Raspberry Pi to automatically launch, cycle through, and update company-wide metrics and KPIs to be shown on a widescreen projector.
Product validation and performance reporting of new major software version, assisting in A/B testing, regression testing, and active metrics monitoring during development, leading to deployment improved performance by 30%.
May 2021 - September 2022 [16 Months] | Calgary, CanadaΒ
Evaluated product reliability and system validation of robotic warehousing system through various tasks, testing embedded firmware, evaluating system-level .NET software, and validating SQL-based inventory management.
Designed various internal test automation tools, utilizing Fusion 360, EasyEDA, C++, and Python to create test fixtures for automated robot testing, 3D printed enclosures for PCBs, and optimization of manufacturing jigs through CI.
Performed failure root cause analysis (RCA) for mechatronics systems, developing comprehensive test suites, performing A/B testing, regression testing, and creating detailed test reports and bug documentation in Azure DevOps.
Conducted system-level validation for various components on the robot, including validation of Elmo Motion Controllers for robot drive system, verification of module and sensor functionality for STM32-based hardware, and verification of Telemetry and logging functionality through internal Cloud API.
Wrote various validation test reports, design validation reports, and engineering test documentation on operation of product
Developed various 3D printed test jigs, electronic mounts, and brackets for various test electronics and hardware with Fusion 360 and EasyEDA.
Designed PCBs for various proof of concept projects: mechanical counter board utilizing LiDAR sensors, robot lightbar adapter using buck converters, and stepper motor driver board using ESP32 and TMC2209 drivers.
Wrote scripts and internal user interfaces for test automation and endurance test cases using C++ and Python
Wrote internal automated coffee chat assignment bot to pair co-workers for weekly coffee chats using Python. (Fun projects count!)

President & Technical Team Founder | [May 2019 - May 2022]
Alberta Collegiate Robotics (AC Robotics) is a mechatronics club and technical team at the University of Calgary. Technical teams include projects such as RoboCup small-sized league soccer robots, custom robotic quadruped robot dog, sumo-bots, and other robotics projects.
Formed and led a technical team of over 50+ students, creating a foundation for the first robotics-focused technical team at the University of Calgary, developing over 7+ partnerships, and raising ~$10000 in sponsorship for technical projects.
Coordinated with various STEM organizations and team members to run 2 mentorship programs, 5 workshops, and 3 outreach events in Calgary. Contributing over 150 hours a year in club organization, meetings, and mentoring.
Various Volunteer Roles | [May 2020 -Current]
Volunteered with local FIRST branch in various technical and non-technical roles such as judging, field management, and photographer.
Supported youth robotics interest by working with previous employer to participate in outreach, bridging the gap between STEM interest in robotics and careers in robotics.
Vice President Operations | [April 2019 - April 2021]
The Engineering Students' Society is the official student government body which represents over 3000 engineering students at the University of Calgary. We run a variety of social, academic, and professional events and services in order to support students and create a better student experience.
Organized and led a portfolio of 8 students tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Student Society office which serves over 3000 engineering students with academic, social, and merchandise services.Β
Served extensively in student government, representing students on multiple council boards and attending as a delegate to multiple national engineering student conferences in various topics such as leadership and sustainability in engineering.Β Β
Volunteer Robotics Mentor | [Sept 2018 - May 2021]
FRC Team 4604 β The Intimitrons from Area 51, is an all-girls high school FIRST Robotics Competition team based out of Calgary, AB.
Mentored a local community robotics team of 12 high school students in skills such as CAD, fabrication, and soldering. Volunteering a total ~200 hours and encouraging female participation in technical vocations and to develop STEM interest in youth by teaching relevant, useful, and industry applicable STEM skills.
Introduced and mentored basic concepts in robotics, programming, mechatronics, and control system principles to team members. Coordinated and developed various workshops for students in topics such as sensor use and strategies for competitive robotics.
